Scout Group will like to congratulate all awardees and their Unit
on receiving the prestigious President Scout Award.
Also, we will like to congratulate Ms Serene Zhao and Ms Chua
Meiyu for being Shadow Scout Group's first batch of PSA holders
and at the same time Singapore's first female PSA awardees in
93 years of history.
